About the LHC
Our organisation began life as the London Heart Clinic in 1978. It was founded by a group of London cardiologists as a cardiac diagnostic centre. Over the past 30 years we have broadened our range of services and evolved into the London Heart Centre.
We are expanding as a provider of local and remote cardiac services. We recognise that there is a need for a fast, high-quality and most importantly, cost-effective service.
Our services can be grouped into three distinct areas:
Our diagnostic side is comprehensive. You can find more information on the diagnostic services we offer in the patient information section of the website.
As well as performing the diagnostic tests, we can provide reports through fax, post, internet or email and transtelephonic/telemedicine methods. These reports are available on all our cardiac tests.
We have systems in place to check intra- and inter-observer variability in reports. The cardiologists on the team have extensive experience of multi-centre trials, serve on major national, government and international bodies and undertake advisory work for medical industry and clinical research organisations.
If you wish to discuss any of these services further, please call us on 02070344030.
